This gentle sound bath will guide you through a deeply soothing experience using Tibetan bowls, chimes and calming frequencies.
As the room fills with layered tones and vibrations, your mind will soften, your breath will deepen, and your whole body will begin to rest.
You’ll lie back on your mat under low lighting and warm blankets while sound waves wash over you — easing stress, calming the nervous system and inviting total stillness. It’s the perfect reset for tired minds, busy bodies and anyone needing a moment of peace.
