A soft, tranquil evening designed to help you unwind, release tension and reconnect with yourself in the quietest part of winter.
This gentle sound bath will guide you through a deeply soothing experience using Tibetan bowls, Crystal Bowls, Chimes and Tribal Drums with Voice.
As the room fills with layered tones and vibrations, your mind will soften, your breath will deepen, and your whole body will begin to rest.
You’ll lie back on your mat under low lighting and warm blankets while sound waves wash over you — easing stress, calming the nervous system and inviting total stillness. It’s the perfect reset for tired minds, busy bodies and anyone needing a moment of peace.
No experience is needed. Simply come as you are.
