Imbolc: A Gentle Reset

A gentle, seasonal afternoon marking the quiet turning point between winter and spring.

We’ll begin with a slow wellness walk, taking time to notice the landscape and the subtle signs of life beginning to stir. We’ll pause by the stream to simply stop and listen — grounding ourselves in sound, movement, and the moment — before returning indoors for warmth and comfort.

Back at the studio, you’ll be welcomed with a warm drink and wholesome, hobbity-style snacks. You’ll then create your own seasonal intention (or “spell”) jar using natural ingredients and simple symbolism connected to Imbolc, alongside a personal sigil — a hand-drawn symbol representing what you’re gently calling in for the weeks ahead.

We’ll gather for a soft candle ritual and affirmation moment, before closing with a short, restful sound meditation using Tibetan singing bowls and Koshi chimes —…
