A gentle, hands-on afternoon exploring the cosy world of herbal wellness. In this calming winter workshop, you’ll create a trio of natural, nourishing remedies using simple ingredients, local honey, and beautiful seasonal herbs.
We’ll begin with a herbal smell test — a sensory, playful way to discover which plants your body is drawn to.
You’ll learn a little about the traditional uses and folklore of each herb before moving into three make-and-take stations:
✨ Custom Tea Blend – create your own soothing herbal brew using dried botanicals like chamomile, lemon balm, rose and mint.
✨ Infused Honey – using raw local honey, make a deliciously fragrant infusion such as ginger honey, lavender honey or lemon-thyme honey.
